These Rules and Regulations govern participation in Cross Aviation's services, events, and community platforms. By registering with Cross Aviation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations as a condition of membership.

Rules

1. Aircraft

  • All flights must be conducted using aircraft from the fleet list, available from the crew room.
  • Use of unlisted or custom aircraft is not permitted without prior approval from the CEO or COO.
  • Aircraft must be operated in a realistic configuration, including weight, fuel planning, and equipment.
  • Pilots are free to use any livery as desired within their simulator, however the MTL livery selected when connecting to the IVAO network must be as neutral as possible to avoid confusion with other airlines.

2. Routing and Operations

  • Members are encouraged to operate to/from our hubs (EGBW, EICK), and ideally start/end their flights within the UK or Ireland.
  • Your flight plan must include IVAOVA/CRX OPR/CRX in its remarks section.
  • Flights must operate within these countries:

  • PIREPs will not be approved if the flight occured more than 7 days prior to submission.

4. Use of Resources

  • Pilots should review any documentation published by the airline for airports they intend to operate at. This is primarily for realism, such as permitted aircraft* and preferred parking locations. Remarks may also be added and should be reviewed.
*Flights will be rejected if operated with an unapproved aircraft type for the flight performed.

5. Pilot Ranks and Progress

  • Pilots are given the opportunity to earn ranks through flight hours, however these do not restrict routes/aircraft to the individudal. They are purely cosmetic.
